When I was a young girl I was very active and ambitious. You’d find me jumping rope with the girls and kicking ball with the boys. I was a magnet for kids that wanted to overcome they're obesity or living inactive lifestyles. I was athletic but never settled into cliques or glorified being physically fit and healthy. I believe that made me very approachable for those seeking guidance in that department. Like a sixth sense, I was simply born this way! To my surprise honestly, looking at my family you would notice I am the only one not overweight. I can see how obesity or being underweight negatively affected those around me and they’re ability to love themselves and lead a happy life. No fatal illness or obesity genetics lead me here. Just growing up around so many who struggled with fitness and wellness and feeling deeply I could help those willing to see that the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t as far as you think. It came to me naturally. I was always googling and researching everything health and wellness related to understand different conditions, illnesses and how things I put into my body affected it. I truly believe I was destined to guide people towards living a healthy and liberating lifestyle in a body that's worthy of being proud of and shown off!
